CHANGE TO TERMS OF SERVICE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! (updated 9/12/07)
Thank you for your continued patronage of Virtualtech. We truly value each and every one of our clients, and value your business.
Like yourself, we too are a small business, relying on the prompt payment of our clients to ensure our continued financial stability. Your timely payment allows us to manage our cash flow properly, so that we can pay our vendors on time and continue to provide the quality service you have grown accustomed to.
Because of the importance of this issue, we at Virtualtech have made the following changes to our payment policy:
As always, invoices from Virtualtech will be due and payable within 10 business days from the date of the invoice. However, in the event that your account remains outstanding past the due date, the following terms will now apply:
Any invoices more than 30 days past due will incur a 10% service charge in addition to the original amount due. At this point one (1) reminder of your past due account will be sent to you. Important: this is the only reminder you will receive.
If the account becomes more than 60 days past due, your service (including, if applicable, Web site hosting and e-mail) will be interrupted with no further notification to you and will only be reinstated upon payment of all outstanding invoices and late charges PLUS a reinstatement fee of $100.00.
In addition, Virtualtech reserves the right to assign your account to an outside collection agency should the account become more than 60 days past due.
The simplest way to avoid late charges is to pay your invoice before the due date. As a small business, Virtualtech understands that occasionally circumstances prevent our clients from paying on time. If this is the case, Virtualtech may be able to help you by possibly avoid late charges and interruption of service by making alternative payment arrangements… but you MUST contact us prior to the due date of the invoice. We cannot stress enough the importance of making these arrangements PRIOR to the incurring of late charges.
